FIVE TEAMS, ONE VISION
Building team excellence within our organization is a collective journey that thrives on collaboration and shared goals. Each of our five teams—2017, 2015, 2014, 2012 birth years, and our u19 girls— and their coaches, bring unique strengths and perspectives that contribute to our overall success. A goal of BPSC is to ease barriers to soccer, making the sport accessible to all area youth. By fostering an environment of open communication, mutual respect, and continuous learning, we empower our teams to work together effectively to achieve common objectives. This synergy not only enhances individual growth but also cultivates a culture of excellence that propels our organization forward.
Within our organization, we prioritize continued learning and growth across all our teams, however, our U19 girls program also contains a focus on nurturing players who aspire to reach higher levels of competition. We are committed to providing the resources, guidance, and support necessary to help these young athletes achieve their dreams and excel in their sport.
The future of BPSC
At BPSC, we are excited about the prospect of expansion, and aiming to add more teams to foster a dynamic and competitive environment. While we embrace growth, our commitment to ensuring quality coaching remains our top priority. We believe that every player deserves the best guidance and support, enabling them to reach their full potential. By expanding our teams, we will continue to uphold the high standards coaching that define our organization, including making soccer more accessible to area youth of all ages.
BPSC holds annual tryouts to discover new talent and encourage participation.
